Fairfax Digital Member Agreement
By completing the membership registration process, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and
conditions below, the Fairfax Digital Conditions of Use, the Fairfax Digital Privacy Policy, and any other
terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers displayed elsewhere on the network of Fairfax Digital sites.
If you object to these terms and conditions or any subsequent modifications to them, or become dissatisfied
with your membership of Fairfax Digital in any way, your only remedy is to immediately:
a) discontinue your use of Fairfax Digital; and
b) terminate your membership by notifying Fairfax Digital in writing. Click here for contact

Membership Information
When registering as a member of Fairfax Digital, you must provide Fairfax Digital with accurate, complete and up-to-date information as requested. It is your responsibility to inform Fairfax Digital of any changes to that information. You may do this at any time by clicking on the 'Change details' section on each of the sites within Fairfax Digital. All personal information you provide Fairfax Digital as a member will be treated in accordance with the Fairfax Digital Privacy Policy.
Username and Password
Once you become a member of Fairfax Digital, you will receive a username and a password. You must ensure that these remain confidential at all times since you are entirely responsible for all activities which occur under your username and password, including unauthorised use of your or any other credit card. You must notify Fairfax Digital immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your username and password. Each username and password must be used by a single user and is not transferable.
News Store
News store is an online archive of Fairfax news articles and company announcements from the Australian Stock Exchange. All users of Fairfax Digital are able to search the News Store archive for free. However, if you wish to obtain the full text of an article from the archive, you must register as a member of Fairfax Digital. A small fee is also charged to view archived articles. In order to purchase an article, you must purchase credit for your Fairfax Digital wallet. The prices are set out within News Store. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you. Use of all News Store articles is strictly for personal use only and must not be reproduced, published, stored in a retrieval system, altered or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written approval of Fairfax Digital.
Advertising on Fairfax Digital
By advertising on Fairfax Digital, you agree to be bound by Fairfax Media Limited Terms and Conditions of Advertising.
Termination and alterations by Fairfax Digital
Fairfax Digital may at its discretion terminate your membership of, or access to, Fairfax Digital at any time. If this happens we will notify you.
In such event:
You are no longer authorised to access Fairfax Digital;
You will continue to be subject to and bound by all restrictions imposed on you by these terms &
conditions; and
All licenses granted by you and all disclaimers by Fairfax Digital and limitations of Fairfax Digital's
liability set out in these terms and conditions or elsewhere on Fairfax Digital will survive.
Updates to Fairfax Digital
Fairfax Digital may change or discontinue any feature of Fairfax Digital including content, hours of availability and equipment required for access.
Fairfax Digital may change and update these terms and conditions, the Fairfax Digital Conditions of Use or the Fairfax Digital Privacy Policy at any time. Updated versions of these documents will be posted on each Fairfax Digital site. You are responsible for ensuring that you regularly review these documents. Your continued use of the Fairfax Digital after any such changes are made will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of those changes.
